The fourth member of the staff, Dr. Joshua Omade, grew up in a middle-class family in Bowie, Md.; he performed rugby and soccer in highschool and was huge for his age. As soon as, on the mall, he was stopped by a police officer who demanded to know, “Why are you right here?” he recalled. He was ready for his mom to complete procuring.
